Jeremy believes in empowering the individual and their family, and takes an empathetic and non-judgemental approach in working with individuals of all backgrounds. He strongly believes that the best approach in supporting the child is to equip and form a strong partnership with the people around them. He has close to a decade working with children, adults and their families, and has diverse experience having worked in a hospital, Social Service Agencies and private practice. He also has extensive experience administering various psycho-educational assessments and conducting psychological interventions.
Jeremy's interests is in working with children with complex medical needs and special education needs, and their family and caregivers. He is well-versed with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities including Cognitive and Behavioural (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
Jeremy is actively involved in research, clinical supervision, and is also currently teaching at a local university's psychology program and supervises students for their honours thesis project.
